WE ARE A MOVEMENT IN THE MAKING

We are a counterforce of artist activists that turn up at moments of fear and resistance and use art as a tool to shift imaginations towards that safe and sacred future that we want to inhabit.
We make space
to move
from Fear
To love through the co-creation of beauty.

EMERGENCE
"Inside the word Emergency is Emerge, from an emergency new things come forth, old certainties are crumbling fast, danger and possibilities are sisters."
- Rebecca Solnit, Hope in the Dark.
Fearless began as a flood, responding to fear with beauty. We organise emergence campaigns in response to regional and global crises and issues around visibility and representation, human rights and climate change – with affirmative, transmutative art.
Be it painting a mural during the GotaGoGama protest in Galleface, Colombo during the Sri Lanka Economic Crisis of 2021, or creating posters for Palestine to painting on the streets of Dhaka during the Bangladeshi Student Revolution - Fearless has been responding to moments of fear, and turned them into artistic resistance.
